The hotel is located at a convenient place. Only 6-8 minutes to BTS, When you walk from BTS to the hotel, you can see convenience store, Bar and 24 hours supermarket, it is no need to worry when you feel hungry at night." |

 "good and fresh design of room which i booked is the duplex suite. the area is huge with double deck which is living room in the lower deck and bedroom and bath room on the upper deck. it was really a memorable to stay there with the double deck experience. the room has the ipod/iphone player which was enjoyable. | "i spent 2 nights over the weekend at s31 hotel and it was fantastic. staff were very polite and efficient. my room was extremely spacious, spotless and the was much to adore about the full glass windows. the hotel is modern and stylish. it certainly met my expectations. the swimming pool was ok and the breakfast was appropriate. however, this hotel is a little bit pricey compared to the other hotels in the proximity but with great views of the city skyline, it is certainly worth the money." |

| "the stay here was great. we received a room upgrade to a duplex suite which was extremely luxurious and amazing value for what we paid. the hotel staff was extremely helpful and patient as we asked a ton of questions about the various tours and activities they could book for us, even though in the end we chose not to participate in any. the hotel itself is very clean and modern." |
